Email support
Contact PickATrend at support@zombieaicouple.org. Put “PickATrend” and the type of request in the subject, such as payment, video delivery, privacy or content report. This is an email contact: open your own email app and send the message to that address. There is no on-page submission form.
For an order problem, include the order ID if available, payment receipt reference, approximate payment date, the status or error you see and a short explanation of what happened. A screenshot with personal and access information removed can help. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, private access tokens or unnecessary portrait files.
Restore access using your saved link
Before emailing, open My orders in the original browser on the same domain, or import the full private link you saved before Stripe checkout. If the browser did not retain it, look in your own private notes or bookmarks. Copy every part, including #token.
In your support message, say whether you still have a full private link. An email address, order ID or Stripe receipt does not replace its token. Support can investigate payment and delivery issues, but does not guarantee email-based media recovery, reissue of a missing token or restoration of expired or deleted files. Do not make another payment to recover the first order.
Privacy and content requests
For a privacy request, describe the information or order concerned and the action you seek. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing information or changing an order. Do not attach an identity document unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.
For a rights or content report, explain what is wrong, where the material can be found, your relationship to it and a way to contact you. Provide enough information to investigate without distributing intimate, abusive or otherwise unlawful material. Reporting a concern does not itself guarantee removal, a refund or a particular response time.
